Retirement Plan Administrator
Blade Benefits Consulting is an employee benefits firm specializing in group insurance, retirement plans, payroll & administration. We are a TPA firm with a proprietary recordkeeping system focusing on the small to mid-size plan market.
Contribution, Distribution, Loan Processing and annual Profit Sharing calculations
Completion of Annual Valuation Reports
Performing all annual testing including ADP / ACP; coverage; non-discrimination, including cross-testing, etc.
Overall technical familiarity with plan rules, including contribution limits, distributions, loans, hardships, etc.
Preparation of Plan Documents, Notices, Amendments, etc.
5500 and 1099 Preparation
High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Two or more years of related experience in retirement plan recordkeeping / administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor regulations.
Broad experience with client services, plan administration, trust services and participant record keeping, including experience interfacing with trustees, clients, and plan participants.
Advanced professional designation(s) related to the qualified plan industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Excel a Must
Experience with Quantech and FTWilliam software a plus.
